Refund policy

At Caney Valley Powersports, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and let you know its status. If your return is approved, we'll refund your credit card or original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Shipping
You're responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
